When you book a vacation at Camping Neumühle, the general terms and conditions of Camping Neumühle apply. The general terms and conditions contain rules about payments, cancelations, cleanliness, etc. Please read the general terms and conditions before booking your vacation. General terms and conditions of Camping Neumühle

Camping regulations:
Campers are requested to comply with the regulations. These rules are also posted on our site map or at the reception.

Arrival from 14.00 and departure before 11.00.

Cleanliness:
The camper is requested to leave the caravan / pitch clean on departure.

Rental properties:
There are special properties where pets are allowed, just ask.

Rental caravans:
We only have non-smoking properties.

Payment amount:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon booking. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation:
If canceled more than two months prior to arrival date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount minus the booking fee.
If canceled less than two months before the arrival date, the full amount is due.

You are welcome to book cancellation/trip cancellation insurance in addition

Delay:
We reserve the reserved space until a maximum of 18.00h on the agreed day of arrival. Unless we have received a notification of delay from you.

Misconduct:
If you stay on the campsite, you accept the general rules and are obliged to comply with them. If you do not comply with these rules, you will be approached. Any significant or repeated breach of the regulations may result in the camper being removed after a warning.
Electric / hybrid cars
It is not allowed to charge electric / hybrid cars or similar into the electricity grid of the Neumühle campsite.

Others:
Only 1 discount possible at a time.
The tenant / camper releases the landlord / campsite operator from any responsibility in the event of an accident.
In case of dispute, only the court of Diekirch is competent.

With your booking, you authorize Camping Neumühle SARL to keep and use your personal data in the context of our services (administrative processing, statistical analysis and marketing) and to pass them on to third parties responsible for data processing and bound by strict confidentiality, as well as to use these data to develop new projects or services.
