Camping Neumuhle Terms and Conditions

Camping rules:
The campers are asked to adhere to the rules. These Regulations may be inspected or obtained at the reception.

Keeping:
The camper is requested upon departure of the caravan / pitch in good condition to leave.

Rental caravans:
Occasional tents can not be allowed.

Rental caravans:
These caravans are pets NOT allowed.

Rent CHALET / CARAVAN:
The total amount must be paid one month before commencement of the rental period.

Rent standing place:
The balance is payed one month before arrival.

Cancellation:

• If canceled more than two months before departure date, the cost 30 EUR / week
• If canceled less than two months before your arrival date, the full amount owed​​.
• In late arrival or early departure, no money returned.

Cancellation insurance is not required but is advised.

Payment:
The deposit must be received by us within 6 weeks to be (60 euros per week)

Taxes:
Possible tourist tax has been charged to the tenant / camper.

Delay:
We keep the reserved space for up to 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date expire. Unless we receive a message of delay.

Misbehavior:
When staying at the campsite, this means that one accepts the general regulations and required to comply with these. If you do not follow these rules, you will be responsible and accountable. Any significant or repeated violation of the rules may, after warning cause the removal of the camper as result.

Maximum 1 discount simultaneously possible.

The renter / camper relieve the landlord / campsite operator of any responsibility in an accident.

Any disputes, only the courts of jurisdiction Diekirch.
